Cancellation/ Modification Policy
- All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
- Any cancellation at 60 Days prior to arrival date – No charge
- Between 60 Days – 45 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of invoice value.
- Between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of invoice value.
- Between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of invoice value.
- Any cancellation less than 15 Days: 100% of invoice value.
- An administrative charge of Rs. 5000 would be levied over and above the
cancellation charges mentioned above. - Airfare cancellation charges are subject to the policies of the respective Airlines.
- All Refunds will be made within 15 days of the request
